Two traditional Agiorgitiko products, vinegar and petimezi (molasses) have been combined and have provided us with a unique brand-new product: “sweet vinegar”. All the aroma of Agorgitiko, the sweetness of petimezi and the sharp nature of vinegar in a single drop! 

It comes from the well-known grape variety produced by the famous red wine Nemea Opap. With all the aromas of the variety, the characteristic ruby ​​color and pepper taste of the vinegar, it is more than just a red grape vinegar.

Agiorgitiko sweet vinegar which followed in the steps of NEMEA OPAP wine, matured in French oak casks for 3 years and produced a balsamic vinegar with multiple scents of vanilla and spices, full body and an intense aftertaste. Ideal for green salads, game marinade and fatty fish.

A sweet vinegar from Agiorgitiko which simmers with petimezi until it has turned into a thick velvet cream. Just before the end, whole tangerines from Chios are added, giving the final product its distinct aroma. The result is a balsamic flourless cream, with no further additives, aromatic and ideal for meat glazing, mushroom caramelizing as well as the final touch on green salads.
